Coming Soon: a case study on the adaptogenic effects of supplementation involving daily aqueous extracts of Ganoderma lucidium, Avena sativa, and Plantago major.  This case study which was done in conjunction with a literature review will highlight the process I used to evaluate how to best apply traditional knowledge and evidence based data to improve human health.  It also will discuss how to apply rational understanding of extraction protocols, and the solubility of various herbal constituents to produce quality herbal preparations.
